| HOW TO ORDER:
- At this time, we do not offer online transactions, but are happy to receive your order via phone, fax, or mail using our convenient printable order form. You can print it out straight from your browser.
- We will deliver your order wherever it's easiest for you. Please indicate a street address whenever possible (not a P.O. Box) to speed up delivery. We ship by UPS in the continental USA unless you specify the Post Office on your order form. We ship parcel post to Alaska and Hawaii.
- International orders are shipped by ground or boat, please add $15.00 to your shipping and handling charge.
- We can ship 2nd Day Air or COD, so please call us for additional charges that will apply.
- In case we are temporarily out of something you have ordered, we will notify you of the expected ship date and ship it to you as soon as we get it in. We will not hold your order over 30 days without your approval.
- Please be sure to give complete information including fragrance choice and color!
- Weight: The figure in parenthesis following the price of each item desighnates the weight of that item in pounds. This weight includes packaging. Enter this number in the "Wt. Each" column on the order form.
- Calculate your shipping and handling charges by adding up the shipping weights of items ordered and enter the total weight on order form. Refer to the chart on the shipping page for the dollar amount. We will figure out delivery charges for phone orders.
